Birthday Parties

We like to party! Birthdays are exciting no matter what – but a birthday at The Aquadome is even better. Our pool parties are funtastic and our YMCA staff are on hand to keep kids safe and take them through fun games and activities. Make your child’s next birthday one to remember at The Aquadome.

Party Options

Catered Party – $22.50 p.p (minimum 12 children)

A Catered Party includes the following:

  • A funtastic fuss free 2 hour party
  • 12x wristbands giving access to the pool and slide*
  • 12x party invitations
  • Designated table area for 2 hours, including gifts table
  • Tablecloth, plates, bowls and napkins
  • 4x Complimentary Swim Passes for Birthday Family
  • Party host for 1 hour for water games
  • Party host for 1 hour to prepare and deliver food**
    • Platter of mini pies, pasties and sausage rolls with sauce (36 per Catered party)
    • 2x bags of crisps
    • 2 x bowls of lollies
    • 2 x 2L jugs no added sugar cordial and water (upgrade to soft drink for $6.00)
    • 1x Ice cream cake (including candles)

Do-It-Yourself Party – $15.00 p.p (minimum 12 children)

A D.I.Y party includes the following:

  • 12x wristbands giving access to the pool and slide*
  • 12x party invitations
  • Designated table area for 2 hours, including gifts table

Optional: A water activity party host for 1 hour is available for an extra $45.00

A Do-It-Yourself party is ideal for those who would like a more flexible option. This party is available for all ages. It is the adult’s responsibility to fully supervise the children at all times. Parents have free access to the pool to supervise.

*Children must meet height requirements to use slide, 1.1 metres. Children must be at least 5 years of age to use the slide. Children under 5 must have a parent with them in the water and in reach at all times.

**Due to our set menu we do not cater for special dietary requirements or allergies.

Terms and Conditions
  • Standard Party includes 12 children. Extra children need to be listed under ‘extra child’ on the booking form at the additional cost per head.
  • Due to our set menu we do not cater for special dietary requirements or allergies.
  • Children under the age of 5 years must have an adult within arms reach at all times around the pool.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional children can be added during the confirmation call the Monday prior to your party.
  • You are allowed to bring extra food providing it is brought in plastic bags/containers only (no glass or ceramic). No hot food or commercially prepared food or drink.
  • Due to health and safety/space regulations, we are unable to refrigerate or heat up food or drinks. Cakes can be stored in an air conditioned room on request.
  • No latex balloons allowed on the pool deck. Foil balloons are allowed.
  • Parents and Children wishing to continue to use the facility at the conclusion of the party may do so as a general member of public, understanding that the Party space needs to be vacated.
