Personal Training is a results based training system that is programmed and tailored to your individual needs. Our personal trainers are professionals who cater for beginners and the 'not so fit' right through to elite athletes.

YMCA Personal Training offers consistency and structure. Individual sessions are varied and flexible enough to adapt as you progress. Your personal trainer will put the emphasis on making training sessions fun and you will be challenged at every session so that your fitness goals are acheived and will be often exceeded.

Personal Training Memberships with no lock-in contracts

The YMCA will reward members who take up a personal training membership by offering the lowest cost full access membership rate. We understand personal training can be seen as a luxury, so let us make it affordable for you. Great results and great rewards should not cost you an arm or a leg.

Jump on board with our all inclusive Personal Training support packages. Choose a direct debit membership to suit your budget from either just one half hour a fortnight to four hours a fortnight of personal training.

Alternatively just pay and play.
