The Aquadome Gym is designed to cater for people of any fitness level and ability. The gym is air conditioned for your comfort and equipped with exercise equipment including:

- Concept 2 rowers
- Pin-loaded resistance machines
- Separate free weights area
- Functional training and stretch area

Getting started with 24/7 is easy. Simply call or chat with our friendly customer service staff to book your 24/7 induction and pay a once off $60 fee for the key fob. Within two business days of the induction and payment we will have your key fob ready for pick-up!
Reciprocal Rights - John McVeity Centre
All Access Members enjoy reciprocal rights access to the John McVeity Centre. Drop in to JMC to try a new class, shoot some hoops in the stadium, or take advantage of the new facilities and gym equipment. Simply present your membership card at either facility to gain access. Fair use policy applies (majority of visits must be at your ‘home’ YMCA location), PlayClub and 24/7 access does not apply
Complimentary Fitness Consultation
Start your fitness journey with confidence, support and a clear path to achieving results. Our qualified and friendly gym instructors can assist you with a quick spot for a bench press or a lesson on how to use a piece of equipment.
Our industry leading Gym Consultation Service is included in your membership. Designed to be flexible and of value to everyone from newbies to gym gurus, you have access to the expertise of a qualified Fitness Instructor to help you reach your fitness goals. Appointments can be set at Customer Service.
Health Start 1: Planning session
Goal setting, exercise and medical history, measurements and fitness testing.
Health Start 2: Program run through
Exercise demonstrations, technique cues, guidance and support from our qualified staff.
Health Start 3: Food and lifestyle
Once you have completed you Food and Lifestyle diary, your Gym Instructor will sit down and discuss the results. This provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and receive advice around the recommended nutritional and lifestyle habits to achieve your goal.
Every 6 – 8 weeks: Check in and Program Review
Re-measure, re-test, evaluate goals and update your exercise program according to progress and goals.
