(Low Impact options are shown in all classes)
AQUA / DEEP WATER 45 MIN CLASSES - Aerobics in the water. Work at your own intensity and pace with or without resistance and no impact. Great for all levels and ages. (Deep Water Aqua is the same, except held in the deep end. Buoyancy belts and noodles are used, so you don’t have to know how to swim. The Deep Water is a 30minute class).
BODY BALANCE - is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
BODY COMBAT - is a martial-inspired full-body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
BODY PUMP - is a weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.
BODY STEP - is a full body cardio workout that gets everyone from new comers to fitness veterans energised. This class will really tone your butt and thighs.
CARDIO BOXING - A combination of boxing for fitness and bodyweight exercises that will have you challenging yourself whilst working at your own level. You will be shown boxing combos and drills designed to get the heart rate up and calories burnt! (PARTICIPANTS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN COTTON GLOVES)
CXWORX / AB BLAST - provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do. A great 30 minute workout to tighten your tummy, hips and butt.
FATBURNER - A freestyle aerobics class with a high intensity focus for those wanting a fitness challenge. Includes body tone and strength work.
FIT TEENS (AGES 13 - 15 yrs) - Introducing teens to the gym including how to use equipment with proper technique. Also a variety of group fitness & bootcamp sessions.
PRYME MOVERS - A gentle exercise class for the over 50’s. Low impact fun and fitness, aimed to get you active. Please stick around after for a tea or coffee and a social catch up.
RPM - An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
ZUMBA (45 MIN) - The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a interval training session where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
YOGA FUSION - is a freestyle class similar to Body Balance, incorporating a fusion Yoga and Pilates moves.
SGT - Small Group Personal Training…...like a personal training session, but with an added group factor! Think focus, motivation and fun! Groups of 4 - 8 people, 30 minute sessions. Minimum age for Aqua, Body Combat, Body Balance, Body Step, FatBurner, RPM and Zumba is 13 years.
Minimum age for Body Pump, CXWORX , Cardio Boxing and SGT is 16 years.
